Our Instant Protein Coffee has a shelf life of 2 years. However, once you have opened the bag, it is important to ensure that it is tightly sealed and stored in a cool and dry place!

No, they are not. We use a dairy-based whey protein.
While it does only contain 1g of lactose per serving, it is not suitable for most people who are lactose intolerant .
We recommend using a cold base liquid (water, milk - whatever you prefer) and mixing it within a shaker bottle.
If you prefer a creamier blend we highly recommend using your favorite milk or milk substitute!
