How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by visiting the customer portal.
Once you have logged in simply click Manage Subscriptions from the right hand side of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, here you will find all active and past subscriptions. This is where you can cancel, pause, or adjust the frequency of your orders.
* Please ensure that you are contacting the correct company regarding your subscription. Other companies have names that include the word “Java” or begin with J-A-V, but there is only one JAVY. Only this JAVY website is able to assist you in managing your JAVY order or subscription. Other companies that offer coffee or tea products will not be able to help you with your JAVY order.
