Ingredients

  • 8 oz (1 cup) milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons Javy Coffee Concentrate, adjust to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons Javy Mocha Syrup
  • 2 oz heavy cream or half and half
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon beet powder or red food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon Javy Vanilla Syrup (optional)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Drizzle of chocolate sauce or cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

  1. In a tall glass, mix Javy Coffee Concentrate, milk, and Javy Mocha syrup. Add ice.
  2. In a separate container, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, Javy Vanilla Syrup, if using, and beetroot powder (can replace it with red food coloring). Froth or blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Spoon the pink foam over the iced latte.
  4. Optionally, top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce drizzle.
