Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Drizzle of caramel sauce
  • A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir well until fully combined.
  2. Stir in Javy Coffee Concentrate, Javy Caramel Coffee Syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the oats soak up the flavors.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a stir and drizzle with caramel sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
