Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of Javy Coffee diluted in 1/2 cup of water (hot or cold depending on how you want it)
  • 3 tbsp of condensed milk (You can also use eggnog)
  • 1 and half to 2 ounces Licor 43
  • Ice cubes
  • OPTIONAL: Use decaf coffee if you are gonna drink this in the evening.</ul>

Directions

  1. Add to a cocktail shaker the coffee, the condensed milk, and the Licor 43 and shake for a few seconds
  2. Take your glass and wet the edge with any liquid of your choice
  3. Fill a saucer or shallow bowl with a pile of sugar. Hold the glass at about a 45-degree angle to the saucer and dab the rim into sugar while slowly turning the glass so that only the outer edge is covered.
  4. Shake off any excess sugar over a sink or wastebasket
  5. Add ice to the cup (if you are making the cold version) and proceed to fill it with the carajillo mix.
