Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Homemade Cream of Coconut
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (400 mL)
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar (375 grams)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tsp of Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/4 oz coconut milk
  • 8 oz of water
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Start making the coconut heavy cream by mixing the cream of coconut and coconut milk with a milk frother. 
  2. Add water and Javy Coffee Concentrate to a glass with ice and stir to combine. 
  3. Top with the coconut heavy cream. Enjoy.
