Vietnamese iced coffee (easy version)
Vietnamese iced coffee is a combination of strong coffee and a hit of sweetened condensed milk with ice. This coffee is traditionally made using coffee filters but today we will teach you a simple version that will save you lot’s of time!
- 1-2 tsp of coffee concentrate
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ice cubes
In a medium cup, combine sweetened condensed milk, coffee concentrate and 1/4 cup of water.
Whisk in or froth the ingredients until it’s fully combined, with a foamy texture.
Add ice and water and stir it up until everything is mixed.
