If you’re looking for an after-dinner digestif or coffee dessert this mexican cocktail will be perfect for you. It combines the bitter mix of coffee with the sweet vanilla notes of Licor 43. It will surprised you with its nuanced flavor and even better: you can ejoy it hot or cold!
- If you wonder when can you drink some Carajillo, we recommend to serve it as an after dinner drink, a happy hour drink, as a signature drink on in a cocktail hour!
Javy Coffee

Ingredients
2 tsp of Javy Coffee diluted in 1/2 cup of water (hot or cold depending on how you want it)
3 tbsp of condensed milk (You can also use eggnog)
1 and half to 2 ounces Licor 43
Ice cubes
Pile of sugar
OPTIONAL: Use decaf coffee if you are gonna drink this in the evening.
Directions
Add to a cocktail shaker the coffee, the condensed milk, and the Licor 43 and shake for a few seconds
Take your glass and wet the edge with any liquid of your choice
Fill a saucer or shallow bowl with a pile of sugar. Hold the glass at about a 45-degree angle to the saucer and dab the rim into sugar while slowly turning the glass so that only the outer edge is covered.
Shake off any excess sugar over a sink or wastebasket
Add ice to the cup (if you are making the cold version) and proceed to fill it with the carajillo mix.
