If you love Biscoff cookies and the bitter taste of coffee this iced latte is for you. Refreshing and perfect for those days when the body is craving something sweet.
- Although we all know them as biscoff cookies, those cookies are traditionally called speculoos, speculaas or spekulatius, these are spiced gingerbread cookies traditionally prepared for St. Nicholas on Christmas day in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Javy Coffee

Ingredients
1 tbsp of Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter
3 /4 cup Milk of preference
-
2 tsp of Javy coffee diluted in 1 Oz of water
1/4 cup of sweet vanilla cream or 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 mix with 𝘝𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱
Ice cubes
OPTIONAL: Crushed biscoff cookies for topping!
Directions
Add one tablespoon of Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter and milk to a glass and froth it (or whip) until it combines together
Add ice and your diluted Javy coffee, mixing it properly with the biscoff milk.
On another cup add the sweet vanilla cream and froth it until you get a creamy consistency, then add it on top of the coffee and finish with the crushed biscoff cookies!
