Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2-3 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • A pinch of salt
  • Marshmallows (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder (for garnish, optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat the mixture until it's steaming but not boiling, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips to the milk and cream mixture. Continue to stir gently until the white chocolate is fully melted, and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the canned pumpkin puree, Javy Coffee Concentrate, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue to cook and stir until the pumpkin is fully incorporated, and the mixture is hot but not boiling. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once the Pumpkin Marshmallow White Hot Chocolate Mocha is well blended and heated through, remove it from the heat.
  5. Pour the hot mocha into your favorite mugs. Top each mug with whipped cream and a few marshmallows and sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon or cocoa powder over the whipped cream.
