Coffee Ice Cream

Ice cream is one of the world’s most popular desserts, and one of our favorites here at Javy Coffee. This recipe has the ideal balance between mild and sweet with a hint of coffee which will make you come back to make it again. Plus: you only need 4 ingredients! What better way to get your coffee fix than by combining it with the delicious taste and texture of ice cream?

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons of Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. To make this delicious ice cream we start by whipping the heavy cream, for this, we recommend having it previously refrigerated so that it rises more easily, we transfer it to the blender and beat it until it is thick.  
  2. Then add the the teaspoons of Javy Coffee and the can of condensed milk. Whisk the mixture until it combines evenly.
  3. Transfer the mix to a loaf pan and then freeze overnight for around 10 hours. 
  4. Enjoy!
